Someone from Kay's suggested I go there because I had a stuck earring backing. At first the jeweler said he couldn't do anything but then he said he would try and managed with tools to pop out the earring and backing. His name is Jim and if I ever need jewelry I will certainly go back. Thank you, Jim!!! You saved the day.
